Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No.
FurJeevan orders are prepaid-only for a smooth and secure delivery
experience.

How do I place an order?

- Complete payment
You’ll receive an instant confirmation
email, followed by shipping updates and a tracking link.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours
on working days.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 2–4 days
- Other cities: 3–7 days
- Remote areas: 5–9 days
Delivery may vary during holidays or
high-volume periods.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.
We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking link
- Courier partner details
- Live status updates
Customers with a FurJeevan account can also
view their order status by logging in.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only before your order has
been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7
business days to the original payment method.

Do you accept returns?
No.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any reason.
Pet apparel cannot be restocked once opened
or tried, and we follow strict hygiene standards for all customers.
Do you offer size exchange? (Yes — Size Exchange Only)
Yes.
We offer size exchange only, within 2 days of delivery, under
strict conditions:
The item must be:
- Completely unused
- Absolutely untried on your pet
- Free from fur, odour, or marks
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- In perfect, resale-ready condition

request a size exchange
Email us at support@furjeevan.com
within 2 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item in its current condition
Once approved, the customer must ship the
item back.
After inspection, we dispatch the replacement size.

Exchanges are approved only if stock is available.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective,
or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a
refund depending on availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
We currently deliver only within India.
Are your products made in India?
Yes.
All FurJeevan products are 100% designed and made in India, crafted with
carefully selected materials and manufacturing partners.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes.

Is there a warranty?
Yes.
Products with a verified manufacturing defect will be replaced or
refunded after review.
This does not cover damage from wear, rough use, or pet activity.
