FURJEEVAN | RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Furjeevan, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure that every garment reaches your pet in clean, safe, and pristine condition.
As pet apparel is a hygiene-sensitive category, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason.
Once pet apparel has been worn or used, it cannot be returned to inventory due to hygiene and safety considerations.

2. Size Exchange (Valid for 2 Days)

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important, which is why we offer a free first size exchange within 2 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

You may try the garment indoors for a quick size check.
To ensure hygiene for all customers, the item must remain in resale-ready condition.

To qualify for a size exchange, the item must be:

  • Clean, unused and unworn outdoors
  • Free from visible fur, stains, marks, or odour
  • Tried on only indoors for sizing
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact and undamaged
  • In perfect, hygienic, resale-ready condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The size you wish to exchange to
  • Clear photos of the garment (front, back, tags, packaging)
    Our team will verify the request and approve the exchange upon successful review.

4. Exchange Process (Free First Size Exchange)

Once approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup of the item through our courier partner.
  2. After the item is received and inspected,
  3. We will dispatch the replacement size at no additional cost.

You will receive tracking updates for both pickup and replacement dispatch.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Important Notes

  • Exchanges apply to prepaid orders only
  • Only one free size exchange is permitted per order
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Requests submitted after 2 days of delivery cannot be processed
  • Items that fail inspection will be returned to you at your cost
