FURJEEVAN | RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because pet apparel is a hygiene-sensitive category, we follow strict standards to ensure every garment is safe, clean, and fresh for all customers.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason.
Once tried on, pet apparel cannot be restocked due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Size Exchange Only (2 Days)

We offer size exchanges within 2 days of delivery, as long as the item meets all conditions below:

Must be:

  • Completely unused
  • Unworn and untried on your pet
  • Hair-free and odour-free
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags intact
  • In perfect, resale-ready condition

Items that show any signs of wear, fur, smell, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

How to Request an Exchange

Include:

  • Order number
  • Size you want to exchange to
  • Clear photos of the item in its original condition

Exchanges are approved only after verification.

Exchange Shipping

  • Customers must ship the item back to us
  • We will provide the return address after approval
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours with photos.
A replacement will be arranged after verification.

Important Notes

  • No COD – prepaid orders only
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability
  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted
  • Requests after 2 days cannot be processed
