Our goal is to ensure your experience with FurJeevan is thoughtful and reassuring. Refunds are provided in specific situations where they are fair and necessary.

When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

Approved cancellations (before shipping)

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • All refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Refunds Are Not Provided For:

  • Used or worn items
  • Size issues (exchange is offered instead)
  • Returns outside the eligibility criteria
  • Orders already shipped (cancellation not possible)
