At FurJeevan, we understand that plans may change. We aim to make your cancellation process simple and considerate.

When You Can Cancel

You may request a cancellation any time before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Our Refund Policy will then apply.

Most orders are shipped the following working day, so early communication is appreciated.

• The name used during purchase

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

• Eligible cancellations receive a full refund
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount is credited back to your original payment method
